Terms of service
Practical boundaries for using your Activator coach.
These terms cover invited use of Activator Coach, operated by AGI Future, LLC for DCM Insights (DCMI), through the website, installed web app and connected mobile apps.
Your access
The service is for invited adult professionals. Access is arranged through DCMI and participating organizations; an app download or Google sign-in does not itself grant access. Use your own authorized account, keep sign-in credentials secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Any agreed evaluation period or access limit is communicated through your invitation or participating organization. Ending access does not automatically delete saved data. No individual subscription purchase is required in the app.
Use the coach with professional judgment
The coach supports business development using the Activator method. It can help you think through situations, practice conversations and shape possible next steps. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for checking suggestions and deciding how to act.
The service is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. It does not establish a professional advisory relationship or guarantee business outcomes. It may be unavailable or produce errors, including during the initial beta period.
Protect confidential information
Use fictional or generalized situations. Do not submit confidential, privileged or sensitive information, passwords, identifiable client or deal details, or material you are not authorized to share. Automated privacy filtering is a safeguard, not a guarantee of anonymity or confidentiality.
AI coaching requires outside AI processing; voice features additionally use outside speech processing. You must give the in-app acknowledgment before using coaching. The privacy policy explains information handling, provider involvement, retention and your choices. You can withdraw AI permission through your profile; this stops new AI and voice requests but does not delete saved history.
Use the service appropriately
Do not use the service unlawfully, share accounts, attempt to access another person’s conversations, bypass access controls or deliberately disrupt the service. Use Report response to flag a problematic coaching answer, or email support about an access or safety concern.
Method and application content
DCMI’s method, materials and branding, and AGI Future’s software, remain subject to their respective ownership and rights. Your access allows you to use the coaching experience for its intended professional-development purpose; it does not grant ownership of the method or permission to republish or commercially redistribute the application’s method materials.
Ending access and deleting your account
You may stop using the service at any time. DCMI or authorized administrators may end access when an agreed evaluation or organizational entitlement ends, or when needed to address misuse or security concerns.
To request deletion, choose Profile → Request account deletion or email support@agifuture.ai from your account email. AGI Future handles requests manually within seven calendar days, subject to identity verification and any necessary retention exceptions explained in the privacy policy.

Contact support@agifuture.ai for help. Updated terms will be published here with their effective date. These end-user terms do not replace separate commercial agreements with DCMI or participating organizations, or applicable app-store terms.
